Hello! My name is Arlyn Gonzalez and I am from Miami, Florida in the US. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Florida International University and I have a 120 hour TESOL certificate. This will be my second year teaching Kindergarten in Korea and I am looking forward to it! Although young, I have teaching experience as a Scuba Instructor which I received credentials for in 2015 at 18 years old (minimum teaching age). I taught Scuba at a High School for two years and at Scuba Schools International HQ for one year; this is where I discovered my passion for teaching. My favorite hobby is figure skating and I was a member of the local ice skating rink back home. I took lessons there and I also became a board member and helped children ages 3-12 with shows and events. I look forward to teaching new students at DEP and making this a great year!
